TekComp offers a range of engineering services for industry. Our main facilities are built around the manufacture of injection and compression plastic mouldings and mould tools.
The company
Engineering, tooling and technology from one Essex site
From Unit 17–19 Shipyard Estate in Brightlingsea, TekComp Ltd manufactures plastic components using a range of moulding techniques and polymers. We also have facilities for ultrasonic welding, wire cutting and stripping, precision CMM co-ordinate measurement, Heidenhain CNC milling machines, lathes and spark erosion equipment.
Around that core we run a research and development programme into new manufacturing methods for plastic parts, and a technology team that supports other businesses with their IT.
